Another option is to use a QRC code – this takes one to the PayPal/Venmo payment page. We could even add the QR image to the bottom of the individual pages of the books that are available.
(I tested this – it takes one to a PayPal/Venmo where one chooses the book, and it takes the payment. I have not gone all the way through, but am assuming it gathers the shipping address at some point?)

Then there is the simple button option, but it will need some text to explain it. Takes one to the PayPal/Venmo screen, where one can chose ONE book per transaction. I have not found an option at PayPal to add more than one copy at a time.
